Crab Pastéa Salade - Pastéa

INGREDIENTS

  • 400 g Pastéa ,
  • 1 large tin of flaked crab
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. plain yoghurt
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

STEP 1

Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water for about ten minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water. Pour into a large bowl.

STEP 2

Wash, seed and cut tomatoes into chunks. Drain the flaked crab. Add the tomato and crab to the pasta in the bowl.

STEP 3

In a small bowl, blend the mayonnaise, yoghurt and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

STEP 4

Pour this sauce over the pasta and stir.

STEP 5

Store the Crab Pastéa Salad in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
