Pastéa Goat Cheese Casserole - Pastéa

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g Pastéa,
  • 100 g fresh goat cheese
  • 20 cl single cream
  • 50 g grated Gruyere (Swiss) cheese
  • salt, pepper
  • thyme

STEP 1

Bring lightly salted water to a boil in a saucepan and cook the pasta for the time indicated on the package.

STEP 2

Drain pasta and pour into a baking dish.

STEP 3

In a saucepan, melt the fresh goat cheese with the cream. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with thyme.

STEP 4

Pour the goat cheese sauce over the pasta and cover with grated cheese.

STEP 5

Bake for 15 minutes in preheated oven at 210°C (410°F, gas mark 6-7).
