Pastéa Salad - Pastéa

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g Pastéa,
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g feta
  • a handful of pitted black olives
  • 1 tsp. sherry vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • basil

STEP 1

Cook the pasta in a pan of lightly salted boiling water for the time indicated on the package.

STEP 2

While pasta is cooking, wash the cherry tomatoes and halve. Finely dice the feta cheese.

STEP 3

Drain the pasta and rinse under cold water.

STEP 4

Pour pasta into a bowl and mix with tomatoes, olives, feta, olive oil and vinegar.

STEP 5

Refrigerate. Just before serving, remove from the refrigerator and garnish with basil leaves.
