Pastéa with Three-Cheese Sauce - Pastéa

INGREDIENTS

  • 400 g Pastéa,
  • 15 cl single cream
  • 100 g Roquefort cheese
  • 100 g fresh goat cheese
  • 150 g grated parmesan
  • salt
  • coarse-ground pepper

STEP 1

Cook your pasta in a pot of lightly salted boiling water for the time indicated on the package.

STEP 2

In a saucepan, heat the cream with the cheeses. Stir until a creamy sauce forms. Sprinkle with coarse-ground pepper.

STEP 3

Drain the pasta. Serve on plates, piping hot and covered with the three-cheese sauce.
