Pastéa with Tomato-Basil Sauce - Pastéa

INGREDIENTS

  • 450 g Pastéa,
  • 3 ripe tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch basil
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

STEP 1

Boil a pot of water and immerse the tomatoes in it for 30 seconds. Drain them, then skin, seed and cut into pieces.

STEP 2

Peel and chop the garlic.

STEP 3

Boil a pot of water and cook pasta for the time indicated on the package.

STEP 4

While pasta is cooking, heat a small drizzle of olive oil in a small saucepan. Add chopped garlic and tomatoes and brown.

STEP 5

Drain the pasta, pour the tomato sauce on top, add the basil, salt and pepper.
