Smoked Salmon Pastéa - Pastéa

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g Pastéa
  • 2 slices smoked salmon
  • 10 cl crème fraîche
  • olive oil
  • dill
  • pepper.

STEP 1

Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water with a drizzle of olive oil for about ten minutes.

STEP 2

While the pasta cooks, cut the smoked salmon into pieces.

STEP 3

Drain the pasta. Pour it back into the pot and add the cream and smoked salmon over low heat.

STEP 4

Stir the mixture and season with pepper. Sprinkle a bit of dill over the top and serve piping hot.
